A 50-55 minute family or couples counseling session is $150.00 per hour. Each half hour thereafter is pro-rated at $40.00 per half hour. *I may also decide to work on a sliding scale based on each client’s unique financial situation. *At this time, I am only in network with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If you are covered under another insurance carrier, (upon request) I will provide you with an insurance superbill/receipt that may be sent to insurance companies for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to determine what your out of network mental heath benefits are, if preauthorization is required and what information they need in order to reimburse you. *Other services may also incur charges. Cancellation/No Show Policy Services provided to you or your family may be terminated if you no-show for three consecutive therapy sessions. Patterns of cancelling or arriving late to therapy sessions will be explored in treatment, and may also be grounds for termination.
